General

  • Why should I buy Vapour Labs E Liquid?

Vapour Labs mix and bottle our E Liquid right here in the UK under strict laboratory conditions using the highest quality ingredients sourced within the EU.

90% of electronic cigarette retailers buy their liquid directly from China and put their own labelling on the bottles. Chinese made E Liquid is inconsistent and can result in varying levels of ingredients, quality, flavour, and taste.

Vapour Labs E Liquid flavours are made from individual and unique recipes to ensure consistency, superb flavour and vapour production, a great throat hit and overall user satisfaction.

  • Is Vapour Labs E Liquid MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) approved?

We are not currently MHRA approved, as the MHRA has not yet provided exact guidelines for the electronic cigarette industry. Vapour Labs encourage new regulatory standards to protect the consumer from low quality products. Vapour Labs are in the process of research and applying for market authorisation. Whilst this is ongoing, we operate a self regulatory code of practice to high standards.

  • Will Vapour Labs E Liquid work with any electronic cigarette?

Yes. Vapour Labs Premium E Liquid can be used with any electronic smoking device and your customers won't be restricted.

  • Why buy UK made E Liquid?

Vapour Labs use the highest quality pharma-grade Nicotine (complies with USP and EP specifications.) Our E Liquid is produced in the UK from highest quality ingredients sourced within the EU and is stringently batch controlled, ensuring accountable quality in every bottle

Vapour Labs E Liquids are supplied with fully CHIP-compliant packaging and labelling and are compatible with all popular brands of electronic cigarette.

Unlike Chinese made e liquid you can be assured of ingredients, strength and quality in every single bottle.

  • Can I return E Liquid if it is not suitable?

Due to the nature of E Liquid we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This is for safety and hygiene, and any E Liquid that is returned for any reason will be immediately disposed of.

If you have any queries about your e-liquid, please get in touch with us and we'll endevour to find a suitable resolution.

The best way of keeping informed of the latest flavours, products, special offers is by signing up to our email newsletter. We won’t blitz you with spam, nor we will share your email with any third party companies. We will however, send you regular discount codes and special offers.

  • Do you offer a try-before-you-buy service?

We do offer this, but only in-house or at shows that we are exhibiting at.

  • My customer's electronic cigarette isn't producing much vapour, what are they doing wrong?

One of the main reasons customers experience low vapour production is due to overfilling or flooding of the atomizer/cartomizer with E Liquid. We suggest telling them to try a fresh atomizer/clearomizer, highlighting that they mustn't overfill.

Products

  • Allergies, Health and Ingredients

    Allergies

We recommend that if you have an allergy to nuts, that you do NOT use Vapour Labs E Liquid. It is possible that some of our flavours may have nut-based ingredients, or may be produced in a facility that processes nuts.

    Ingredients

Vapour Labs use the highest quality pharma-grade Nicotine (complies with USP and EP specifications.) Our E Liquid is produced in the UK from highest quality ingredients sourced within the EU and is stringently batch controlled, ensuring accountable quality in every bottle

Vapour Labs E Liquids are supplied with fully CHIP-compliant packaging and labelling and are compatible with all popular brands of electronic cigarette.

Does Vapour Labs contain diacetyl, butyl valerate, or ethyl heptanoate? No. Known irritants like these are not used in the making of our E Liquid, nor are they in any ingredient we use.

  • Nicotine content - what does it mean and which strength is right for my customers?

Vapour Labs offer a wide range of flavours and different nicotine strengths in our E Liquid. A common question is exactly what does 6mg or 24 mg mean in relation to nicotine.

This is the amount of nicotine measured in milligrams for each milllitre of E Liquid, expressed as mg/ml.

Vapour Labs choose to represent this as a percentage, so instead of 18mg it will be described as 1.8% or 6mg as 0.6% and so forth. It is exactly the same amount, just a different interpretation.

Our most popular strengths are 1.2% (medium low) and 1.8% (medium) and either are a good starting point for a new user.

  • What does PG and VG mean?

Propylene Glycol (PG) E Liquid is the most popular ‘base’ ingredient of E Liquid. PG based E Liquid produces more of a “throat hit” than VG E Liquid does, which gives a more realistic feel of ‘smoking’. PG E Liquid also has a higher rate of sensitivity for some, meaning that a small percentage of users cannot use PG in their E Liquid.

PG E Liquid tends to give you a better throat hit and a lot more flavour. VG E Liquid on the other hand, allows your device to produce a lot more vapour. VG E Liquid is a thicker and stickier fluid, and although most people do not show any signs of allergy with VG, there are minority groups who complain about having phlegm build up in their throats. The more VG E Liquid you use, the less of a throat hit you’re going to get – that’s the general idea.

Vegetable Glycerine (VG) E Liquid is a thick and slightly sweeter liquid. VG E Liquid produces good plumes of vapour. VG E Liquid also imparts a sweeter taste to your liquid.

  • How much E Liquid will my customers need?

This will vary as to the type of e cigarette used, whether your customers are a heavy vaper, and to a certain extent the way you operate the device (long regular inhalations against infrequent short inhalations). If they buy a compact or starter kit, you will establish quite quickly how much e-liquid you are using, and this will guide you as to how much e-liquid you’ll need to buy in the future.

  • How should I store my E Liquid?

E-liquid is generally very stable and should be stored with a childproof sealed cap on, in a cool place away from strong light. It is easily stored in warehouses, shipment containers and stockrooms as it is boxed in a uniform way.

  • Can my customers mix two or more flavours together?

    Yes absolutely.

Many people like mixing flavours together to create a new flavour and there is no harm in promoting this to your customers.

  • What type of flavour do you recommend I stock?

Everyone has different tastes, and while one flavour may be perfect for one person, but may not be for another.

We highly recommend all of our tobacco, menthol and fruit flavours as they are hugely popular.

  • What happens if my customers get liquid on my hands or in my mouth?

This can very occasionally happen. Whilst it can be unpleasant it is not harmful. Leakage can also happen after excessive inhaling or if your cartomizers/clearomizers have been kept in too warm an environment (we recommend keeping your cartomizers in a cool dry place). If you do get liquid in your mouth (or on your hands) just try not to swallow the liquid and rinse with water as soon as practicable.

  • Is your zero nicotine E Liquid completely nicotine free?

    Yes absolutely.

  • Do you offer pure nicotine, high nicotine or unflavoured juice for home mixing?

Yes we do. Please get in touch with us for more information.
